The Drew County Sheriff's Office is notifying the public that Bobby Hubbard, a level 3 Registered Sex Offender (High Risk to re-offend) has moved to the 200 Block of OZ Simpson Road, Fountain Hill. The offender had been previously incarcerated with the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
