On October 2, Drew County Sheriff's Department deputies arrested Bobby Eugene Price, age 25 of Star City, charging him with one count of rape, one count of sexult assault, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Price was a family friend and visited a home where the two victims were staying after a birthday party. When the adults went to sleep, it is reported that Price violated his two victims, both who are under the age of 14. Price is being held in the Drew County Detention Facility on a $125,000 bond.
